A wonderful over skirt made of Organic Cotton . The top part of the skirt is a cotton lycra band which measures 10" high. It has moderate stretch and allows you to wear if folded over as shown or completely open. It also allows you to wear it at your waist or down lower on your hips if you choose. The skirt basically has 4 panels , 2 wide and 2 narrow. The borders of each have button holes up their entire length so you may lace the skirt and wear it completely closed, completely opened or any choice in between. The options of how to wear this skirt are endless and its wonderful soft pink color complements most colors.
